What you'll do

• Lead Databricks engineering standards, design reviews, roadmaps, and architectural decisions
• build and optimize batch and streaming pipelines using PySpark, Delta Lake, Auto Loader, and Workflows
• enforce medallion architecture and data lifecycle practices
• tune performance and cost
• provide root-cause analysis and production support
• coordinate Unity Catalog governance and security controls
• mentor engineers, review code, and uphold testing and DevSecOps practices.
