Rocky Mountain Hot Tub Holdings operates hot tub and sauna sales and service businesses across resort communities in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico. The director leads marketing strategy and execution across the company’s brands and locations, including events, digital campaigns, lead generation, and budget management. The role is accountable for measuring marketing performance and supporting showroom traffic, sales, and brand growth as the business expands.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans and promotional calendars across brands and markets
• lead marketing launches for new markets and integrate acquired businesses
• establish and maintain brand standards
• coordinate manufacturer promotions and product launches
• plan and execute outdoor and in-store sales events
• build event playbooks and measure event results
• manage paid search, paid social, SEO, websites, email, SMS, and lead capture
• track attribution and report marketing performance
• oversee creative and content production
• select and manage media vendors
• manage and develop a team of two
• own the annual marketing budget of approximately $1.75 million
• partner with regional and general managers
• report monthly KPIs and budget results to executive leadership.
