This role bridges vendor management policy and day-to-day stakeholder practices. It coaches Vendor Relationship Managers, facilitates lifecycle training, and drives accountability for scorecards, performance standards, and adherence to established controls.

What you'll do

• Coach Vendor Relationship Managers on RFP evaluation frameworks, scoring, and documentation without owning the RFP process
• design and facilitate vendor lifecycle training
• drive timely scorecard completion and performance review cadences
• escalate non-compliance
• partner on vendor onsite assessments, traveling up to 10%
• manage vendor accountability initiatives and improvement plans
• advise business leaders on governance responsibilities
• monitor controls adherence and provide coaching or remediation guidance
• prepare governance reporting and trend analysis
• collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Procurement, and Risk
• identify process gaps and advocate targeted improvements.
