Vice President of Product

The Vice President of Product role is hybrid in Chicago, IL. Compensation is $200,000–$275,000 per year. The role leads product strategy and execution across Tovala’s food, hardware, software, and customer experience portfolio. Tovala describes its mission as reinventing home cooking to save consumers time. The position exists to unify customer insight, company strategy, and product execution. It guides product managers and UX research and design, aligns cross-functional partners on priorities and success measures, and helps teams test and launch initiatives that improve customer experience and retention.

What you'll do

• Establish customer feedback loops and maintain a company-wide view of customer needs and product opportunities
• develop data-informed product strategy aligned with company goals
• coach product managers and UX research and design
• define priorities, success metrics, and multi-year vision with partners
• translate strategy into measurable roadmaps
• work with software and data partners to improve concept-to-test execution
• partner with marketing, technology, culinary, finance, and operations on testing and launches.
