The Commercial Laundry Systems Field Technician role is onsite in Gallatin, TN, serving the Nashville-area market from a home dispatch point. Compensation is $23–$30 per hour. The technician supports Alliance Laundry Systems Distribution’s commercial laundry service operations. The role keeps commercial washers, dryers, and ironers operating by diagnosing and repairing equipment, installing replacement parts, and supporting installations and deliveries. Accurate service records and coordination with customers, the service manager, parts staff, and vendors help ensure reliable repairs and efficient service.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial laundry equipment
• install and replace parts
• document service time, materials, mileage, and fuel
• communicate with customers
• coordinate with the service manager, parts department, and vendors
• maintain tools, test equipment, and the company service vehicle
• assist installation crews with equipment installations and deliveries.
