What you'll do

• Clean and maintain facility areas
• complete minor repairs and install appliances or equipment
• maintain green spaces and replace light bulbs
• inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems
• spot-check safety systems
• coordinate maintenance requests with coworkers and professionals
• report issues to a supervisor.
