• Test and inspect commercial fire alarm systems
• respond to service requests
• diagnose malfunctions and adjust, repair, or replace equipment
• perform testing and inspection according to NFPA and local code standards
• prepare accurate service reports
• communicate necessary work and repairs to customers
• maintain service tickets and required documentation.
