What you'll do

• Complete and record repair work orders
• maintain a facilities project list and work plan
• perform basic plumbing, painting, grounds maintenance, and building repairs
• monitor HVAC, fire alarm, sprinkler, electrical, and plumbing systems
• supervise and document vendor work
• remove waste, recycling, and compost
• perform janitorial tasks and assist housekeeping as needed
• support other departments and assigned projects.
