What you'll do

• Perform framing, trim, cabinetry, door and window installation or repair, siding repairs, and structural repairs
• handle drywall, hardware, fixture, caulking, and minor flooring work
• perform light plumbing repairs and maintenance
• support painting crews with preparation, masking, cutting-in, rolling, spraying, and finish work
• follow project orders, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• maintain safe and organized job sites
• operate tools, equipment, trailers, and vehicles responsibly
• communicate with team members, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients
• track labor, materials, change orders, and expenses
• report daily progress and assist with material pickups, deliveries, and setup.
