What you'll do

• Enforce safety procedures and support food-safety initiatives
• lead and develop electricians, electro-mechanical technicians, and mechanics
• manage preventive and predictive maintenance
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues
• program and optimize PLC/HMI systems
• plan and deliver maintenance and automation projects
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• manage spare-parts inventory
• schedule maintenance and maintain documentation
• manage budgets and report maintenance KPIs
• provide 24/7 emergency support.
