The manager leads plant-wide improvement work to strengthen safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost performance. Through Lean practices, structured problem solving, data analysis, and coaching, the role helps implement and sustain operational improvements aligned with company objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives
• drive Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and standardized work
• facilitate Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping
• develop KPIs and operational dashboards
• identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost
• lead cross-functional projects
• develop business cases and return-on-investment analyses
• support capital projects and equipment installations
• analyze manufacturing data and facilitate root-cause analysis
• standardize improvements through documentation, training, and monitoring
• coach leaders and employees.
