What you'll do

• Engage with and supervise clients’ daily activities
• coach daily living skills such as hygiene, grooming, laundry, and upkeep of living areas
• support participation in school, therapy, group sessions, appointments, and family visits
• help plan schedules, activities, treatment plans, guidance plans, and safety protocols
• advocate for clients
• use therapeutic interventions within treatment parameters
• follow the Empowering Restorative Engagement Model
• maintain appropriate boundaries
• protect confidentiality
• and complete client documentation.
