The cheesemonger helps guests select products and maintains the cheese counter by preparing, packaging, receiving, stocking, and displaying products according to quality and rotation standards.

What you'll do

• Assist guests with cheese selection and share product knowledge
• weigh, label, and package products
• complete food preparation
• maintain counter and display refrigerators according to the pricing menu
• alert management when supplies are low
• merchandise displays and rotate products using FIFO standards
• clean the workstation.
