What you'll do

• Partner with the Plant HR Manager to support employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Lead the implementation of 2nd Shift operations, including staffing and onboarding.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend proactive strategies.
• Supervise and coach HR team members.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
