What you'll do

• Provide onsite watch and protection of the assigned post and perimeter
• observe and report activity and breaches
• evaluate alerts and escalate situations to the supervisor when required
• assist with de-escalation according to protocol
• conduct property patrols and incident reporting
• greet guests, announce visitors and deliveries, and accept and log resident deliveries
• monitor camera activity.
