Multi-Site Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Generate and follow up on prospective resident leads
• schedule tours and lease apartments
• assist with applications and lease documents
• maintain lead and resident records
• coordinate move-in and move-out needs with maintenance
• inspect apartments and property areas
• process renewals
• prepare leasing reports and market surveys
• respond to resident requests and service tickets.
