What you'll do

• Greet guests
• help select jewelry and merchandise suited to their needs and budget
• explain jewelry basics including gold quality, diamonds, and gemstones
• promote rewards and trade-in programs
• support high-value and special-occasion sales
• maintain displays and sales cases
• tag and price merchandise
• restock and merchandise products
• assist with online listing preparation, packaging, and shipping
• follow safety, security, and guest-service policies.
