The Senior Contractor Program Manager / CFO Strategic Advisor, MARAD role is hybrid in Washington, DC, with onsite work at MARAD Headquarters at least two to three days per week and additional onsite time during peak periods; pay is $120,000–$160,000 per year. The assignment supports MARAD’s CFO Budget & Financial Support Services program, which provides financial reporting, budget execution, grants, payroll, and analytics support. The program manager serves as the contractor’s accountable leader and primary point of contact for MARAD CFO leadership, directing a multidisciplinary financial management team and ensuring quality delivery. The role also leads the transition from the incumbent contractor and supports operational stability and improved dashboards and reporting.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary contractor contact for the MARAD CFO, Deputy CFO, and COR
- advise leadership on budget execution, fund stewardship, reporting, and decision support
- lead the integrated program management office across seven task areas
- direct the 30-day contractor phase-in
- own quality control against the QASP
- lead and schedule team members
- manage risks and issues
- provide regular status reporting.
