What you'll do

• Lead and coach program managers delivering large technology programs
• establish program standards and review forums
• plan staffing, budgets, and resources
• work with technology, product, finance, and business leaders to set priorities and resolve risks and trade-offs
• report goals, schedules, costs, risks, and results across the portfolio
• develop team skills through feedback, tools, learning, and process improvements.
