What you'll do

• Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and renewals
• enforce rental agreements and address complaints
• communicate with residents about repairs and improvements
• inspect properties and common areas
• gather contractor updates and bids
• schedule repairs and coordinate maintenance and construction work
• manage keys
• support utility agreement compliance
• prepare financial reports and help resolve invoice discrepancies
• follow company policies and applicable regulations.
