What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant activities when the General Manager or middle management is absent
• maintain product quality, cleanliness, and facility appearance
• support safety and policy compliance, maintenance, inventory, ordering, and catering
• help interview, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff
• coach front-of-house and kitchen teams
• assist with payroll and records
• handle guest concerns
• support food preparation and food safety
• and work in roles such as bartender, server, line cook, or utility as needed.
