What you'll do

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
• perform quality control
• ensure subcontractors execute their contracted scope
• coordinate inspections
• identify and communicate construction conflicts
• maintain daily job-site logs
• perform superintendent duties at multiple sites as required
• issue notices of noncompliance
• maintain clean and organized sites
• and identify and complete punch lists.
