What you'll do

• Direct daily operations and develop the annual business plan
• coordinate inside sales and market-based pricing
• ensure accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and material processing
• maintain inventory and storage layout
• manage inside sales, production/fabrication, and distribution teams, including recruiting, training, evaluation, and weekly payroll
• support lean, quality, and safety improvements
• maintain safety programs and documentation
• develop a succession plan for operations personnel.
