Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers
• manage orders from entry through fulfillment in ERP systems
• monitor open orders, backlogs, and delivery commitments
• coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Field Service, and Finance
• investigate billing, pricing, claims, and inquiry issues
• support quoting and pricing validation
• identify process improvements and contribute to KPI and continuous-improvement efforts.
