What you'll do

• Define DSP and system architecture for 448G and post-448G SerDes
• develop end-to-end electrical and optical link models
• own DSP algorithm architecture and mixed-signal co-design
• guide fixed-point and implementation trade-offs
• create block-level specifications
• coordinate DSP-to-RTL handoff
• partner on silicon bring-up and validation
• engage customers and standards bodies
• and mentor engineering teams.
