The consultant supports the Member Experience Department by identifying members’ financial needs, recommending relevant products or services, and applying policies and procedures to deliver service, support financial wellness, and manage risk.

What you'll do

• Listen to members to identify financial needs and recommend products, services, or referrals
• respond to member needs through service and sales channels
• follow security, compliance, and operational policies
• maintain confidentiality
• represent the credit union in interactions
• participate in required training
• use outbound calls, financial wellness conversations, targeted outreach, and community activities
• support branch and organizational goals.
