The Shuttle Driver Trainee – Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) role is onsite in Salt Lake City, UT. Pay is $23.00 per hour. SP+, a Metropolis company, uses computer vision to support checkout-free parking experiences. The trainee completes on-site driver instruction and works toward obtaining a CDL within 60 days. Training covers vehicle inspections, safe passenger transport, radio use, customer assistance, airport information, and accessibility equipment, preparing the trainee to serve travelers safely and responsively.

What you'll do

• Complete on-site driver training and the CDL course within 60 days
• perform pre- and post-trip inspections
• learn traffic and safety requirements, radio etiquette, passenger service, airport information assistance, wheelchair lift and restraint operation, and light bus cleaning
• drive only with a CDL trainer during training.
