The listed salary range is $118,000–$135,000 USD. The role supports Curaleaf’s multi-unit retail operations and data-driven workforce planning. The manager develops labor strategy, forecasting, staffing models, and scheduling processes to align workforce investment with customer demand and business goals. The role partners across Retail Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and store leadership to improve productivity, profitability, compliance, and customer experience.

What you'll do

• Develop enterprise labor models, forecasts, staffing plans, and store staffing profiles
• own workforce management tools and configure forecasting and scheduling processes
• analyze productivity, payroll, utilization, overtime, and schedule accuracy
• create dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting
• conduct variance analyses and time studies
• refine labor standards and support store openings, remodels, acquisitions, and operational improvements
• partner with cross-functional teams
• support labor-law compliance and payroll and attendance policy adherence. Travel requirements are up to 20%.
