What you'll do

• Teach beginner-to-intermediate sewing classes
• instruct participants in machine operation, garment construction, alterations, and commercial patterns
• support open-sew sessions and events
• develop workshops, lesson plans, supply lists, and handouts
• prepare and clean the classroom
• monitor equipment and inventory
• mentor participants and guide volunteers.
