Barista Shift Supervisor

Job overview

The Barista Shift Supervisor role is onsite in South San Francisco, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM and pay of $27–$30 per hour. The position is at the Genentech location and supports Bon Appétit’s café operations. The supervisor directs shift activities and oversees completion of job expectations while maintaining policy and procedure. The role combines espresso service and customer care with staff training, scheduling, performance oversight, and shift reporting.
