Description
Participate as a CEC leader and peer group member to drive department and CEC performance. Supervise/mentor direct reports and coach chemistry supervisors and department members. Responsible for driving CEC chemistry performance and equipment reliability. Monitor performance and maintain aggressive department/CEC improvement plans.
