What you'll do

• Respond to complex medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, payers, and internal customers
• oversee the Medical Information Call Center vendor and escalated cases
• train and oversee Medical Information Managers
• review and finalize scientific content and custom responses
• manage medical information resources through their lifecycle
• analyze metrics and identify trends and process improvements
• support promotional and scientific review committees
• partner with Quality, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, Regulatory, and other Medical Affairs teams.
