What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain financial records, journal entries, and reconciliations
• perform month-end and year-end closing
• analyze financial data and prepare management reports
• use advanced Excel functions for analysis
• assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
• support compliance with accounting policies
• assist with audits and tax preparation as needed
• perform administrative duties including phone, email, and appointment support.
