The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, (RDSM) is responsible for the overall development, execution and leadership of the Sales and Marketing strategy for a given region, and, or communities. Immediate Census growth and revenue growth are the top two priorities, and focus areas of this position. SENIOR LIVING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. MUST HAVE MULTI-SITE MANAGEMENT of IL/AL/MC communities.
