What you'll do

• Coordinate catering staff schedules and determine workload from catering orders
• meet with function leaders about setup and address changes or problems
• interact with customers and resolve complaints
• instruct staff
• help set up rooms
• assemble and deliver food and supplies
• serve food and beverages
• return equipment and utensils
• maintain presentation, portion control, serving temperatures, sanitation, and approved food preparation standards.

Why this role

Previous catering captain experience required. Schedule is Monday through Friday with hours that may vary, plus two Saturdays per month. May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages; a valid driver’s license may be required.
