What you'll do

• Assist with mutually agreed-upon agency business goals
• respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• assist the sales team with outbound calls to generate quotes
• use a customer-focused needs-based process to explain insurance options
• communicate with customers to support business development.
