What you'll do

• Audit the Enterprise ServiceNow Knowledge Base and deliver a prioritized remediation roadmap
• define standards for voice, tone, structure, taxonomy, metadata, and article lifecycle
• write and publish procedures, end-user guides, runbooks, and articles in plain language
• research content with knowledgeable employees and teams
• partner with subject matter experts to validate accuracy and resolve gaps
• maintain templates, style guidelines, and tagging conventions
• manage a writing queue and incorporate review feedback.
