What you'll do

• Lead driver onboarding and ongoing training
• coach drivers and provide feedback
• develop performance improvement plans and conduct quarterly retraining and regular reviews
• monitor performance metrics
• maintain driver and customer relationships
• travel to customer sites for market performance reviews
• support drivers with tactical issues
• coordinate change requests
• manage driver rates, billing, and payment execution
• document work and identify process improvements.
