This position supports the Corporate Human Resources Team at Stellar Senior Living, a premier provider of assisted living and memory care services across the Western United States. This role is responsible for multi-state payroll administration and employee lifecycle processing for an assigned portfolio of communities. It serves as a primary resource for community leaders, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing while resolving employee concerns and supporting operational initiatives like acquisitions and onboarding.

What you'll do

• Process biweekly payroll using Paylocity
• serve as a dedicated HR partner for assigned communities
• research and resolve payroll discrepancies
• manage employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, transfers, and terminations
• maintain HRIS data
• ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
• travel to support community transitions and training
• participate in internal audits.
