What you'll do

• Administer and configure Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Asana, and other productivity tools
• design workflows, permissions, and governance
• develop integrations among productivity and development tools
• automate workflows using REST APIs and Python and/or Go
• monitor platform performance and scalability
• coordinate uptime, backups, and upgrades
• oversee provisioning, permissions, and security audits
• build dashboards and reports
• document workflows and policies
• participate in an on-call rotation
• train teams on platform best practices.
