What you'll do

• Manage food production, menus, purchasing, inventory, portion control, and budget oversight
• recruit, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate dining staff
• address resident concerns and support special events
• maintain dining room cleanliness, safety, and upkeep
• maintain records, monitor expenses, oversee equipment maintenance, and support community goals
• assist with dining service as needed
• monitor labor and adjust staffing.
