What you'll do

• Deliver and coach customer service and clienteling
• train staff on store operations
• maintain cash-handling, register, payroll, and scheduling procedures
• delegate work
• coach and develop associates
• support recruitment and onboarding
• execute business plans
• analyze sales reports
• maintain product knowledge
• coordinate with Visual Merchandising and Buying teams.
