JARS IT Associate

Job overview

The JARS IT Associate is a full-time, in-person role based in Arizona, with support across retail, grow, and corporate locations. Compensation is $65,000–$75,000 per year. The associate provides hands-on technical support and maintains systems, devices, and IT inventory so dispensaries, grow and production sites, and corporate users can continue operating.

What you'll do

• Support point-of-sale systems, hardware, and software
• troubleshoot network connectivity, devices, and infrastructure
• manage service requests and documentation
• support onboarding, offboarding, system access, and security protocols
• track IT inventory, deployments, and repairs
• assist with Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms, and system administration
• provide onsite support for launches, issues, and installations
• coordinate with vendors and support IT projects and improvements.
