This role exists to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder. The BT/RBT will implement individualized behavior plans to help clients develop communication, social, and independence skills under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
What you'll do
- Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
- Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
- Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
- Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
