What you'll do

• Maintain individual health records
• complete quarterly nursing assessments and annual assessments
• monitor medication regimens and related lab orders and documentation
• ensure medication administration records match physician orders
• attend interdisciplinary meetings
• oversee medical budgets and supplies
• accompany individuals to appointments as needed
• train direct support professionals on medication administration and health topics
• coordinate and document in-service training
• monitor infection and exposure control
• maintain care plans and health-related policies
• participate in state surveys and corrective-action training
• conduct performance reviews and supervise staff.
