What you'll do

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic screenings using DSM-5 and ASAM criteria
• develop and update individualized treatment plans
• provide evidence-based individual and group therapy, including psychoeducational and addiction recovery groups at IOP and OP levels
• facilitate case management and discharge planning
• educate clients on conditions and recovery strategies
• coordinate with support providers and treatment teams
• maintain clinical documentation
• and provide crisis intervention. Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule as needed.
