What you'll do

• Support Operational Excellence initiatives and standardized work
• identify and reduce waste in service operations
• lead technical and field support during project execution
• conduct problem solving and failure analysis
• report project objectives, performance, issues, and risks to senior leadership
• investigate service shortfalls and customer complaints
• recommend sustainable improvements
• support project management, engineering requirements, reports, drawing modifications, technical training, and quotation scope development.
