What you'll do

• Provide curriculum-based rehabilitative services individually and in groups
• develop and implement services based on client preferences, medical necessity, and clinical judgment
• deliver services according to recovery plans and document progress
• transport clients to appointments as needed
• promote awareness of agency services
• provide consultation to contracted agencies when requested.
