What you'll do

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning for clinical operations
• analyze financial performance and recommend improvements
• develop financial models for strategic initiatives and operational decisions
• monitor budgets and analyze variances
• evaluate staffing models, productivity, and resource use
• assess the financial impact of clinical programs and initiatives
• support cost containment while maintaining care quality and compliance
• prepare financial reports and dashboards
• analyze reimbursement, payer mix, revenue cycle, and expenses
• support audits, financial controls, and process improvements
• build stakeholder relationships, mentor finance team members as applicable, and lead cross-functional projects.
