What you'll do

• Conduct technical due diligence
• identify risks and gaps in team structure, architecture, development, deployment, security, and operations
• assess technical debt, security gaps, operational and business-interruption risks, and talent gaps
• validate findings against business assumptions
• classify findings as deal blockers, material, or non-material
• prepare detailed due diligence reports
• recommend process improvements
• present findings and recommendations to investors, executives, and decision-makers.
